Prepress
From file to perfect print
Our prepress is the link between your design and our printing press. Our experts carefully check each file to ensure that everything is technically in order and ready for printing. But we also think along proactively, making adjustments where necessary and assisting you with all your printing questions. If the PDF meets the agreed specifications, a complete soft proof of the print product is immediately produced. Immediately the customer can view and approve the proof online.
CTP
We work efficiently, with minimal paper waste and an eye for sustainability. After your approval via our online platform, our 2 ultra-fast platesetters make the printing plates so that production can start immediately.

Printing Office
Top quality, innovation and craftsmanship!
Our two 8-color XL Heidelberg Speedmasters the heart of our business, good for speeds of up to 18,000 sheets per hour, ensure high-quality printing, we can perfectly execute any project – large or small, with or without varnish.
Our printers work in shifts to keep production running five days a week, 24 hours a day.
We print according to ISO standards. Thanks to the combination of advanced technology and the experience of our printers, we deliver measurable and predictable printing results – every time.
Our presses operate extremely efficiently: halfway through the process, the printing sheet is automatically inverted so that both sides are printed in one pass. Integrated cameras continuously monitor quality, while an automated ink pumping system ensures stable ink levels via a central piping system.
Digital printing
Have your brochures or flyers digitally printed in a small print run? No problem – the Heidelberg Versafire ensures an impeccable residual result. Or if you prefer a personalized production, we offer a digital answer.

Finish

Cutting, laminating, folding, punching, stitching and binding we do it all in house allowing us to closely monitor and control quality according to our strict quality standards. Printinghouse Hendrix is known for delivering high-quality finishes and guaranteeing correct delivery.
Folding of printed matter
Our team of operators on the various high-speed folding machines give your magazines, brochures, magazines, leaflets … a zigzag, roll or cross folded fold.
The robot supporting the operator ensures that the quires arrive neatly stacked on the pallets.
Brochering of printed matter
Suture
The 2 Muller Martini staplers are eager to staple the folded sections of brochures, leaflets, magazines or other printed matter with 2 staples. For stapling your printed matter, we can use both flat staples and omega staples, depending on your needs and in a particular color if desired.

Yarnless binding
The Muller Martini Alegro A7 with its 18 filing stations and also equipped with the Easy Fly Pro for the seamless processing of cover with fold-out page, we provide your magazines, catalogs, softcover productions in no time and fully automated with a glued spine in hot melt or PU in various binding styles.

Would you like to have the printed material sent or distributed via an external party, such as bpost? No problem – we ensure smooth and efficient handling so that your publication reaches readers quickly.

In our shipping department, all products are carefully prepared for shipment.
Our own drivers deliver over 80% of the printed materials with our trucks and vans to the desired delivery address.

Paper warehouse
Our spacious paper warehouse is well stocked with all standard grades, allowing us to move quickly, and also equipped with an advanced warehouse management system, managing our inventory efficiently.
We offer a wide range of papers for various applications, including FSC Ā®-certified paper sourced from sustainably managed forests.
