Job Description

You have a nose for sales opportunities and respond appropriately.
You will support exciting customers in the realization of their print work
You will work closely with existing and new clients, building a professional relationship of trust with them.
Through targeted and active prospecting, you will expand the existing client portfolio across a diverse client base.
You unburden your clients with excellent service. You communicate smoothly about the status of your projects.
You analyze customer needs, give appropriate advice, can estimate schedules and ensure project follow-up.
You will join a close-knit team where you will work closely with our order supervisors, our pre-press department and other specialists within our company.

What are we looking for

You preferably have an education in communications, marketing, advertising or graphic arts or demonstrable sales experience in the graphic arts industry.
You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French
You like a dynamic work environment with lots of variety and a fast pace. You are therefore stress-resistant because you know that customers can be demanding.
You are a problem solver, able to prioritize and respond quickly to a variety of inquiries from customers, vendors & colleagues.
Keeping track of all your projects requires you to be organized and punctual.
You are collegial and enjoy working as part of a team.
